Today, WhatCheese is hoping to mature into a premier cheese information and indulgence resource, with a comprehensive collection of cheese-related content (fueld by Luisa's passions), of detailed cheese profiles and expert advice. This is made possible by Luisa and her diverse team of cheese experts, culinary writers, taste testers, photographers, and other creative talents, all united by a shared love for cheese. Each month, we cheese aficionados from across the globe will do our best to enlighten and inspire you with the rich world of cheese.
